BRIEF INTRODUCTION
The welding and related process produce the fume with armful substance,such as CO,Ozone,nitricoxide,phosgene and metal oxide(gaseous harmful substances),also the Cu,AlandZnin the form of the somke,Ironoxide,alumina,oxidemanganesem fluoride,barium chloeride,hexavalent chromium choice,nickel oxide,cadmium oxide,chromium oxide and thorium dioxide(Granular hamful substances),Nickel oxide,chromium oxide (cancer ogenic substance)and radioactive substance,only the filtered clean air meeting the emssion standard of national security environmental protection department can be released into the workshop and othe working areas
HOW IT WORK
The dirty air through the arm goes into the filter room,firstly hits the flow distribution plates and changes the direction,then the air flow goes upward which protects the filter element and a cycle is over,also the big particles is filtred.The fine dust goes through the PTFE Membrane filter cartridge and if filtered. The clean air after de-nosing process is released outside,the whole filter process finishes,The filtered dust falls into the dust container by the pulse dust-cleaning.
